The FLEX Grande Premio de Arquitetura Coporativa, residential category, was awarded in a special ceremony in Sao Paulo in July.

Dream Beach Ocean View, our second development in Cumbuco, was completed at the end of July and owners are now moving in.
Completion is just a year after finishing our award-winning Cumbuco Dream Beach development just 250 metres up the beach.
